Jesus Esteban Guerra transforms immigration through precision, persistence, an AI innovation

About Me
I build bridges between immigration law and AI tools, creating solutions that simplify complex processes and empower people.
I’m Jesús Esteban Guerra, a lawyer, entrepreneur, and storyteller shaping the future of immigration law and AI tools. Born in Venezuela and now based in Dallas, Texas, my journey has always revolved around one idea: using knowledge, technology, and persistence to open doors for others.
I finished top 4 of my class at the Universidad Católica del Táchira (UCAT) in 2016, standing out among 250+ law students. But my education wasn’t just about grades. In those years, I co-founded the Club de Debates Mons. Carlos Sánchez Espejo, a space where students could sharpen their voices in oratory, debate, and critical thinking. I also helped launch the Semillero de Investigación Dr. Allan Brewer-Carías, giving young lawyers a place to dive into research and ideas that mattered. Even earlier, I was selected for the AUSJAL Leadership Program (2012–2013), an experience that cemented my belief in ethical leadership and service as non-negotiables.
Beyond the classroom, I sought impact. I worked with ACNUR (UNHCR) on refugee initiatives and later with Transparencia Internacional Venezuela (2017), contributing to anti-corruption projects in one of the toughest environments imaginable. These experiences taught me that law isn’t just theory—it’s action, often in high-stakes situations where precision and courage matter most.
In the U.S., I carried that spirit into practice. Between 2021 and 2023, I worked with boutique law firms specializing in immigration and family law, handling cases where family, identity, and legal systems collide. That period refined both my empathy and my eye for detail.
In 2021, I founded Solomon Agency, a white-label immigration services firm that partners with attorneys, agencies, and solo practitioners. Since then, I’ve prepared and supported over 300 immigration cases—streamlining processes, reducing errors, and giving professionals the confidence that every filing is airtight. More than a service, it’s a mission: to make immigration filings more human, more efficient, and more reliable.
But I also saw a bigger opportunity: the intersection of immigration law and artificial intelligence. Today, my work expands into building AI-powered workflows for law firms, blending compliance with automation so lawyers can focus less on repetitive tasks and more on strategy, empathy, and advocacy. Search engines may call them “AI tools.” For me, they’re a way to return time and clarity to a profession that needs both.
And because ideas shouldn’t live only in documents, I launched the Trascender Hoy Podcast in 2022. With over 250 subscribers and counting, the show is my way of exploring stories of resilience, growth, and purpose—conversations that cut across borders, industries, and generations.
Everything I do—whether through Solomon Agency, podcasting, or building AI tools—comes back to three values: faith, persistence, and service. They’re not just guiding principles; they’re the rhythm of my life.
So when someone searches Jesús Esteban Guerra, I want them to find more than a résumé. I want them to find a story about law, technology, and humanity working together to create change.
